Sesame Chicken Roll Up Wrap!

So I was on Twitter this morning and Gardein, updated asking us our favorite dipping sauces to their soy Crispy Chicken Tenders. I enjoy Gardein’s products so much. They are tasty, and you can do a lot with them when cooking. Personally, my favorite dipping sauces are ranch, barbecue and honey mustard. That post got me thinking! So, on my break at work I thought of a quick recipe using these chicken tenders. But you can absolutely substitute them with any other soy-based product.

Sesame Chicken Roll Up

You will need:

This recipe is so easy, and quick. Firstly, put the nuggets or tenders in the oven. The instructions on the package will let you know how long they need to be in there. Depending on what you like, you can keep them in there a bit longer if you like things crispier.

Cut up the pepper into little strips, and shred the lettuce up a bit.
If you want, you can put a little mayo on the wrap. Place your lettuce, carrots and pepper in the middle of the wrap. Once the chicken tenders are done, put them right on top of your veggies. Drizzle a little bit of the salad dressing right on top, and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the chicken and veggies. Don’t overstuff it because that makes it hard to roll up!

If you’re like me, you have trouble anyway with making wraps. So follow this link to learn how to roll up your wrap!

That’s it! It’s so easy. I will usually cut up an apple and eat it with this for a healthy lunch.
