OK WHOA. I think I should update my blog now.
I really have not been updating at all, which is bad bad bad. But I have good reason. I have been busy.
So I think I should just update a bit with what has been going on. After complaining to QuickChek about their limited vegetarian options, I finally see a new sub flavor.
I had it once, it was pretty good. It is definitely another option when I go there to get a sandwich. I was stuck getting the same thing all the time.

6″ Fiesta Vegetarian
Cheddar and pepper jack cheese with lettuce, roasted corn and black bean salsa , banana peppers and jalapeno ranch dressing.
Except I take out the banana peppers and jalapeno ranch.
I add cucumbers, onions and I ask for the regular ranch instead.
Good stuff, all they need now is guacamole! 
Another good thing I saw this week is a sale on Boca products at ShopRite.
